The Role of The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority and The Federal Bridge Corporation, Ltd.
The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority and the Federal Bridge Corporation, Ltd. created the concept of The Capital Corridor. We are committed to the Corridor’s long-term success as a regional and national symbol of global economic growth and integration.
In our role of founders of this initiative, we will continually develop the corridor concept of trade and tourism, and we will promote what it means to stakeholders from the private sector, public sector, and academia to be located along the corridor. We will provide the necessary funding for Corridor promotion and establish the Capital Corridor Association as the governing body. Finally, we will establish measurable goals for the Association ensuring the objectives of the Strategic Plan.
